19 Weeks, 3 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were the best yet only over 2 grams on protein but under or at on both carbs and fats. SMART goals: Lose 5-10# by tracking macros and getting in my workouts plus watch my snacking. Friday still going to take measurements and progress photo to send to Coach Adam on Sunday.
