20 Weeks, 1 day out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros weren't that great again over on carbs by 22 grams today but will work on getting that back down tomorrow. Got in a great Arms/Abs workout this morning. Got my new workouts this morning and its all printed and ready to start on Monday evening. Plan is to get at least 4 workouts in this week. Got my Core Load today and took the full serving before dinner and will start with half a serving in the morning then the rest of them serving in the evening.
