Day 289

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were better today but still over on fats. Today is day 2 of standing donkey kicks while brushing my teeth. Still plan on talking to Coach Adam tomorrow about my workouts this week since I'm off later than my normal gym time.  Lent is a couple weeks away and I'm giving up sweets and also going to continue to read the daily mass readings and daily meditations from The Word Among Us church book.
