Day 292

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Shoulders/Chest and usual cardio workout this morning. Macros were the best yet today over my 100grams protein just slightly and over just a little on fats but carbs were great today. After a rest day tomorrow it's back into the gym for Legs/Glutes on Thursday with the usual cardio 8min jog to warm up on the treadmill then 20min walk on the Jiu Jisu mats if they are available but other cardio if they are not. Day 5 of standing donkey kicks while brushing my teeth. Friday's after truck I'm normally wore out so will just track truck unload time and burn well over 400 calories.
