Day 155

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Legs day workout for my final workout with my now new teammate.  Should if all goes well get my new plan this weekend to start the nutrition portion this week then start the exercise portion on Oct 7th.  I'm currently leading both workweek hustle challenges with 8hrs 57min to go in both of them.  I've got 7.5# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 then 14.5# to go to reach my goal of 125 for now will see if Coach changes it. Starting the Fall 5% challenge on Saturday Oct 5th and as of now my goal is 7# to lose over the course of the 8 week challenge on Spark People.
