Day 133

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Great Chest/Shoulders/Triceps workout today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 3 rounds of 10 cal bike sprints on the assault bike. Won't know my work schedule for next week until either sometime tomorrow or Saturday early afternoon to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for 5 days but we will see. I've got 8.6# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.6# to go to reach my goal of 125. Still didn't measure yet but will get that done in the morning. Working 4PM-9:30PM tonight so writing early then I can shut my computer down before I go.
