Wednesday 6/30

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 22 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 19 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 2 grams left. Training plan changed as after I hit post last night got a call that truck isn't coming until Thursday so worked 9AM-3PM so got my cardio in after dinner. Tomorrow's training plan is upper2 after work in the gym.  Drank my reds and greens for my tummy health before beginning my nighttime routine. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and workout clothes are packed and ready for tomorrow.
