Saturday 8/14

 All green on my Versa 2 almost achieved my steps per hour goal missed by 49 steps sitting in church but do have 19K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1565 and I have 351 calories left, P goal was 140 and I had 2 grams left, C goal was 105 and I had 1 gram left and F goal was 65 and I had 40 grams left. Meds are ready for the week and vitamins are ready for tomorrow.  Completed both personal and app Power Lists and just need to send my assessment to Addie in the morning to complete the weekly list.  Listening to a great podcast called Real AF with Andy Frisella.
