 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 19K steps for today. Great lower2 modified workout for at home. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1565 and I had 235 calories left, P goal was 140 and I was over 15 grams, C goal was 105 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 65 and I had 34 grams left. Completed app power list 1. Read 10 pages--done 2. Drink 120oz of water--done 3. Sleep 7+ hours--done 4. Hit my protein goal--done 5. Hit steps goal--done and Completed personal power list 1. Listen to an informative podcast--done 2. Take micro factor vitamins--done 3. Drink reds and greens--done 4. Listen to nightly mediation app--done and 5. Update my Facebook page Sarah Fit and Healthy--done. Next week's training plan Monday upper day1 modified for at home after dinner, Tuesday lower day 1 modified for at home after breakfast, Wed 30 min active cardio at the gym after breakfast, Thursday upper day2 at the gym after work or truck unload and Friday lower day2 after work. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow as is my post workout stack. For some reason I get invalid request on the app when I try to switch to at home workout so planning on modifying the workouts for at home this week when needed.
