Almost all green but will miss floors and active minutes. Came up 45 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal while sitting in church tonight. Plan as of now is to get into the gym 4 days but weather and road conditions will be the deciding factor. Hope to get my supply of regular vitamins in this week since I only have 6 left so that's enough for this week. Monday's workout plan is weather and road conditions permitting is Legs Fitness Circuit and 20 min on deadmill (self powered treadmill).
