Almost all green today just going to miss floors but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have well over 13K steps.  Got in my Legs Circuit and 20 min walk at home instead of the gym since I had to work an hour late but could modify the workout for home. Gym rest day maybe tomorrow not sure yet will see what happens when I get off at 4PM. If I miss tomorrow then it will be a double workout on Wed AM Back/Biceps and 20 min row then Legs and 20 min stair master or other cardio. Not too bad my weight was down 0.9# from last week considering I had my b-day lunch and a piece of pie on Saturday.
