Almost all green today just going to miss floors and maybe active minutes too. Came up shy 2hrs sitting in a restaurant eating my b-day lunch and 1hr shy sitting in church tonight of achieving my steps per hour goal but will have over 13K steps by the end of the night. Plan for the week is to get into the gym 4 days but do all 5 workouts. I don't need much to do Monday's Legs Circuit and 20 min treadmill walk so can do that when I get off after 5PM when the gym is busy. I think Tuesday's workout I'll pre-track in the app then do it for real and Wednesday's workout on Wednesday since I'm off at 4PM on Tuesday but might not be able to get what I need when I need it.
