Day 170

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Did good on Macro's today Protein was higher than Carbs but Fat was still way up. After I complete my food log tomorrow I'll send my Weekly summary to coach. I ended up third on one workweek hustle challenge and won the other challenge for this last week. I'm in 3 workweek hustle challenges this week and 1 daily showdown for tomorrow. With Monday being an early to work day I'll get my workout clothes packed tomorrow along with my earphones.
