Day 181

Almost all green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 15K steps for today. Got in a great double workout this morning since I work till 6PM tomorrow and the gym will be busy after that. Macro's were balanced again today since Coach changed my macro totals. Friday's workout plan is Arms (Biceps/Triceps) and 10 min walking laps on the turf. Got my heart rate up enough for steady cardio today.  I'm still leading 1 workweek hustle challenge and in second on the other challenge from the Fit Bit app.
