Day 162

Food was decent today but still need to work on the water which is easy now that I'm home. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week and will figure out how I'm going to track my new workouts tomorrow. Also will have to figure out how to send my food journal to coach. Might just copy the printable page to word then copy and paste them to an e-mail like I did with another trainer. Back to normal tomorrow so will post the usual stuff then.
