Day 237

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green just might miss active minutes but achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps before bedtime tonight. Got in a great Chest and 20 min turf walk this morning. Macros were great today now to be more consistent with this. I've got 8.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 18.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. Charged my Versa last night so all ready to go for 5 or so days. Learning a lot from my Coach and from Joe on Contest Prep University podcast on Youtube. I love to listen to this when I get my longer cardio. I'll listen to music when I am getting in my 8 min boxing combo.
