Day 225

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Legs/Back 2 separate giant sets and 5 min boxing combo. Macros were a little better but still more carbs than protein and need to work on getting then keeping my fat down. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow morning to plan my workout number of gym days and at home workout days. I've got 17.2# to go to reach my goal of 125 and 10.2# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 hope to have that before the end of the calendar year then have my goal by April which will be a year since I rejoined My Fitness Pal.
