Day 230

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Shoulders/Arms and 20 min walk workout this evening. Plan for tomorrow is to track truck unload at work which is a workout in itself. Macros weren't as good today more carbs than protein but fat was better still. Need to be more consistent with my macros. I've got 7.7# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 by the end of the year and 17.7# to go to reach my goal of 125 by April of 2020. Won't know my work schedule until Saturday at the latest to plan my gym workouts and at home workouts.
