Day 223

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa, achieve my steps per hour goal but will try for 15K steps today. Headed out of town for a short visit with my great aunt then on to Branson, MO to see the Christmas lights at Silver Dollar City. No exercise other than walking today and will see what time I get home tomorrow to see if I get a gym workout in or if I get another at home workout in. Unsure of how my Macros will be today but going to try hard to have them better but will see with eating out this evening for dinner and maybe a light lunch not sure yet.

  Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid   Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app.   Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Calorie goal was 1530 and I had 36 calories left, P goal was 175 and I had 3 grams left, C goal was 95 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 4 grams left.
