Day 240

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa, achieve my steps per hour goal but will try to get 15K steps in today. Plan for next week is try and get in 3 at home workouts and 1 gym workout and track truck unload on Saturday morning. Unsure of how my macros will be but gonna try and keep it in check. Drank my Lean 25 shake for lunch and will eat my Level 1 bar soon. Drinking another V8+Energy since I didn't get a chance to take a nap and I've been up since 4:15 tis morning to be at work by 6:30AM.
