Day 226

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were better today just need to improve and be more consistent.  Plan is to get into the gym 2 days and 2-3 days of at home workouts. Thursday might track unloading the truck then that will count for my workout for the day since I'm off at 4PM. Monday was supposed to be a gym workout day but off at 3PM changed that. I'm 16.4# away from my goal of 125 and 9.4# from my mini goal of 132.
