Day 238

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Chest/Shoulders and 20 min walk this morning. Tomorrow's plan is track truck unload instead of getting into the gym since I get off at 2PM and have stuff to do. I've got 7.6# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 by the end of the year and 17.6# to go to reach my goal of 125 by April 25, 2020. Macros were better today but still a little more carbs than protein. Need to try and be more consistent with my Macros. Listening to a Contest Prep University podcast on Youtube. Think I have my plan ready for Christmas on Saturday with my food making sure to track everything that I eat.
