Day 234

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were not the best today more carbs and fat than protein but need to work on that. I've got 7.4# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 by the end of the year and 17.4# to go to reach my goal of 125 by April 25, 2020. Plan is still the same for this week at home workout tomorrow then gym workouts the rest of the week. Haven't sent my weekly check in to coach yet but he won't be happy my weight was up this week.
