Day 224

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were better but still more carbs than protein but fat was better. Had a headache when I got home so no workout but will get into the gym tomorrow late morning/early afternoon to get a workout in. Wont know until Saturday at the latest my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times of day and number of gym days.
