Day 196

Almost all green on my Versa just will miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. After a gym rest day it's back into the gym tomorrow for Arms (Biceps/Triceps) and 20 min treadmill walk or elliptical haven't decided yet. Macros were OK today need to get my carbs down and my protein up tomorrow. Tired after working a little longer than scheduled today so going to bed soon since I have to be at work by 6AM tomorrow for truck.
