Day 198

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes and came up 17 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal while sitting in church tonight but have over 15K steps for today. Macros were better today but fat was still a little higher than coach would like. Sent him an e-mail this morning for his opinion on squeezing in more than 1 workout into a day. Like my orignal plan to get in Monday and Tuesday's workouts on Wednesday along with the workout for that day then get Thursday's workout in on Friday along with that day's workout.
