Day 205

Almost all green on my Versa just will miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were not the best today but will hope to be better tomorrow. Workout plan for this week is as I thought 4 gym workouts and 1 at home workout this week. Still plan on getting those gloves on Monday afternoon to use for my HIIT cardio days. Unless I have a few more minutes tomorrow morning when I run in before work to get a new lid for my TAL Ranger waterbottle.
