Day 193

Almost all green on my Versa just will miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Workout plan for tomorrow is Legs and 10 min turf walk then Chest Giant Set and 5 min turf sprints. Bought some Tommie Cooper leg sleeves tried one on and they will work so will try them for my workout tomorrow then to work tomorrow evening.  Waiting for an e-mail back from coach on my weight going up and down last week and my Macros. Macros were better today but still more carbs than protein but good news fat was under goal.
