Day 206

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were a little better today but still more carbs than protein and fat was good today. Workout plan for tomorrow is Glutes/Legs and 20 min treadmill walk. Just wrote down which workout I'll do on which day this week. Sent my weekly check in to coach and think for my HIIT cardio I'll do 5 min punching the heavy bag as hard as I can since I bought a pair of kickboxing gloves this morning.
