Day 201

Almost all green on my Versa just will miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macro's weren't good today more fat and carbs than protein need to work on that. Off at 6PM today so going to get in my other at home workout Thursday evening which will be Shoulders/Arms so will need to decide either chest or back workout for tomorrow at the gym then the other will be Friday at the gym.
