Day 200

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Heard back from coach and he doesn't want me getting in more than 2 workouts a day so he sent me some new stuff that I can do at home and at the gym as well. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout this evening. Macros weren't as good today still more fat and carbs than protein so will work on that tomorrow. Water was better again today. Tomorrow's workout will be another from the at home workouts not sure which one yet will see tomorrow.
