15 Weeks, 3 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were good today but was over 15.4 grams of fats. Got in a great Legs/Glutes and 30 min on slim cycle this morning. Got a current weekly summary with new dates until the new ones are ready for us to use.  Tomorrow's workout will be upper body just not sure yet.
