15 Weeks, 5 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were OK today over 6.3 grams on carbs and 13.9 grams on fats. My back is feeling better so will get some lifting in on Wednesday morning. Coach lowered my fats by 5 grams this week but waiting for my new Weekly summary to be sent. Workout plan for next week is to get back into the gym. Work schedule will dictate how many days I get in there as I'm scheduled 35-37 hours a week.
