18 Weeks, 4 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 20K steps for today. Great Shoulders(Giant set) workout this morning. Started using the daily food tracker that Adam sent me and I was only over 1 gram on carbs but great on fats and protein. Still need to have more protein while less carbs and fats. I've got 22.3# to go to reach my goal of 125 by a family wedding that might be postponed until the first of next year.
