18 Weeks, 1 day out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were OK today over on carbs but still sent my food log to Coach Adam a little bit ago. Got in Superset Biceps curls and Hammer curls before Legs/Glutes. Plan is to get a workout in on Monday morning, if all goes well is a workout on Tuesday before work, Wed either after or a workout rest day and track truck unload, workout after work on Thursday and Friday morning.
