Day 28 of 30 day transformation

Almost all green just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Change in plan for tomorrow instead of going to workout after work I'll be going to take flowers to the cemetaries for Memorial Day. Won't know until tomorrow late afternoon my work schedule for next week to plan my workouts for the week hoping for 5 days but we will see when it gets published. Think once the 30 days is over I'll extend it to 90 days instead. I've been 27 days without chocolate/candy. I last had chocolate/candy the first day I was tracking here on MFP so I've done really well and think I've beat my chocolate/candy addiction.
