Day 33 of 90 day transformation

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Taking a gym rest day due to my sore quads. Tomorrow change in plan working 8AM-2PM so not sure if I'll get in both 20 min AMRAP and Chest/Shoulders then Legs and 20 min Cardio or just skip the AMRAP workout for this week. Thursday's plan is Back/Biceps and 20 min elliptical before work since we are getting hardwood floors put in that morning.  Scale is down 2# since April 26th and I still have 5.6# to lose to reach my goal of 132 by July 1st since I won't reach the June 1st deadline originally set for me.
