Almost all green just will miss active minutes today but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps. Plan on either getting tomorrow's workout in before I go to work or after I get home. Unofficially scale is down 0.7# from last week but since I started I'm down 2.5#. Will see what the scale says in the morning to see how much I've lost for the week and since I started on April 26th. I won both workweek hustle challenge on my Fit Bit app going to try it again this week. Leading but barely a daily showdown today. I've been 9 days without having any chocolate or sweets so doing really good and feeling great too.
