Day 24 of 30 day transformation

Day 24 of 30 day transformation. Almost all green on my Versa today but will miss active minutes but have over 13K steps. Came up shy several hours driving to my 86yr old (tomorrow) great aunts house to celebrate her b-day. Decided about 11AM to see if my grandpa's only other living sister whose 95yrs old and still has her mind was up for a road trip to see the other sister it was a great day and great surprise for the younger of the 2 aunts. Haven't had all of my water today and hope it doesn't show up on the scale tomorrow. Schedule was republished this afternoon and I go in at 9AM instead of 6AM on Friday for truck. I won the daily showdown I was in on the Fit Bit app for yesterday now to try and kick some butt on the workweek hustle challenge I'll be starting later tonight.

Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 49 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 34 grams over, C goal was 90 and I was on target and F goal was 65 and I had 15 grams left.   Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid   Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app.   Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the 1 st Phorm app. Training plan Day 218/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Week Foundations of Training W8/D3: Modified Strength/Conditioning + Core Challenge W1/D3: Core modified after breakfast and 60 min walk at work.    I AM: I have a healthy relationship with my body.

9/12/18

All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Legs/Chest and 15 min elliptical to warm up and 15 min stair master. Tomorrow's plan is Back/Triceps and 20 min incline treadmill walk. My new weight lifting belt is going to work great as I used it this morning. My trainer said as long as I was within 30 calories either over or under 1700 it's OK with her. My legs are still sore from Monday's workout and I did another leg day today. I'm in 2 workweek challenges on my fit bit and am leading one and in second on the other one. After I bought a perfect bun helper I decided to try a bun without it and used just a ponytail holder and scrunchie which work just as well. Might look at getting some small barrettes or use a headband to keep the loose hairs in check.
