All green today since I took floors off of my Fit Bit Dashboard. Achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 14K steps for today. Got in a great Legs and 20 min treadmill walk this afternoon. Unsure about my gym workout plan for tomorrow since the bug lady is coming a week early so might have to miss tomorrow to get ready then do a double workout on Wednesday. Plan is either Chest/Shoulders and 10 min row tomorrow or that then Back and 20 min on elliptical on Wednesday not sure just yet.
