Almost all green just going to miss floors and active minutes. Got in a great Chest/Shoulders and 10 min row workout today. Achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 13K steps. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 20 min elliptical and Legs and 15 min treadmill walk to get caught up before Friday. Got in all of my water today. Jammed my finger at work tonight and it hurts so keeping this short for tonight. Good news is it's not swollen or anything yet but will check in the morning.
