Almost all green today just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps. Think I'll do a double workout tomorrow Chest/Shoulders and 10 min row then Back and 20 min elliptical. Was busy cleaning and taking stuff out plus lots of laundry to get ready for the bug lady to come spray tomorrow morning. Scale was down 1.5# from Monday's weigh in so hope I can keep it and maybe lose a bit more to get back to 136 or below.
