Almost all green today just going to miss floors but have achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps before the end of the night. Got in a great Shoulders/Chest and 10 min row today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 20 min on elliptical. Forgot to stretch to warm up but did stretch after my cardio this afternoon. Glad to be getting in all 5 workouts on the day I'm supposed to this week. Today was a 2 Bang! kinda day had one this morning and one while working out today. I'll have time to kill tomorrow so might wander through Wal-Mart and after my workout stop at Starbuck's and use my free drink before it expires.
