Almost all green today just will miss floors and active minutes but will try and get miles. Came up 129 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in church then driving to work. Have over 13K steps for the day. Workout plan for tomorrow is Legs and 20 min escalator (stair master) or other cardio machine. Worked 11:30AM-7:30PM today then have to go back at 6:15AM tomorrow morning for truck so keeping this short tonight then will head to bed shortly.
