Almost all green just might miss active minutes today but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps before bedtime. After a gym rest day it's back into the gym tomorrow for Legs and 20 min cardio. Shortly getting into the shower since it's an early day tomorrow and Tuesday I work 6AM-noon both days so taking a shower tonight for tomorrow and tomorrow night for Tuesday. Almost done with my 4th 24oz bottle then one more to get my water in for today. Scale is down a little from last week just hope it holds or is down a little more for weigh in tomorrow morning.
