Day 73

Almost all green on Versa today just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 13K steps. Plan for tomorrow is Legs and 15 min treadmill either walk or HIIT haven't decided yet.  I've got still 8.3# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.3# to reach my goal of 125.  Scale is up just 0.2# from last week so will be careful and pray for a loss in the morning. Plan for this week is to get into the gym all 5 days so my workouts can be done on the day they are supposed to be and no double workouts needed.
