Day 91

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 15K steps for today.  Got in a great Turf work then Back and 10 min rowing machine sprints 30 sec on and 30 sec off. Tomorrow's workout plan is Turf work and Biceps/Triceps with no planned extra cardio since I have Turf sprints to start my workout. I've got 7.5# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.5# to reach my goal of 125. On track to reach my mini goal by mid August and goal by September. Won't know until sometime tomorrow or Saturday at the latest my work schedule for next week to plan my final week of this training month.
