Day 81

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Legs and 15 min treadmill HIIT.  Tomorrow's workout plan is 750 meter rowing machine row then Chest/Shoulders and 750 meter row to finish.  I've got 8.4# to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.4# to reach my goal of 125. Scale should be nice to me again in the morning since it's day 2 without unhealthy snacks. Fit bit weight I was down 2.2# from last Monday's weigh in. This weeks workouts started out awesome I added a 25# plate to the sled and used a 45# bar with a 5# plate on each side for squats I just did 5 sets of 5 reps there and 2 sets down and back with the sled. Probably won't add weight on Thursday when I do the sled again cause I have to pull it back I push it down the pull back 3-4 sets.
