Day 69

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps for today. Great Legs and 20 min walk on mat today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Turf work/Back and 10 min row sprints on rowing machine. Took photos of my workouts so I have them beside me since my notebook is in my car with my lifting gloves. I've got 8.3# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.3# to reach my goal of 125.  I think walking on the mat is my new favorite cardio I do half of the time going one way then the other half going the other direction. Still leading the Workweek Hustle challenge that I'm in on Fit Bit app with 2 days 8hrs 36min left.
