Day 75

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Got in a great 1,500 meter row on the rowing machine and Chest/Shoulders this afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min cardio of choice. I've got 10.1# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 17.1# to lose to reach my goal of 125.  Unsure of what cardio I'll do tomorrow either turf sprints or walk on the Jiu Jitu mat will decide tomorrow after I get finished with my Legs workout.
